This page explains what we do with information you send us through this website.
What we collect. When you submit the quote form we receive the name, phone number, email address and job details you type into it. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.
What we do with it. We use it to reply to your enquiry and to quote the work. We do not sell it. It is stored and handled in the customer system we use to manage enquiries, which is run for us by an outside provider, and we do not share it beyond that except where we are legally required to.
Analytics. This site uses analytics and session recording tools run by outside providers. They record which pages get viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and how a visitor moves around a page, including clicks and scrolling, so we can see which pages are useful. We do not use any of it to work out who you are, and we do not sell it.
Getting your data removed. Email or call us using the details in the footer and we will delete your enquiry from our records.
