Mooresville sits in southwestern Iredell County, roughly 25 miles north of Charlotte, and with 50,193 people at the 2020 census it is the largest municipality in its county. It is the furthest north we work as a matter of routine.
Distance is the honest variable on a job this far out. It does not change the work, but it does change how it is scheduled, because a crew is not dropping back to Charlotte mid-job and returning. Lots up here are usually planned as a full day or a staged visit with the sequence agreed in advance, and a weather day costs more to reschedule than one twenty minutes from the yard. Worth saying plainly rather than discovering when a storm moves through at two in the afternoon.
Whatever the lot needs, the order of work is the same one that applies everywhere: cracks filled before sealer goes down, and striping last, once the surface has cured. Tell us the property and roughly how many stalls and you will get a number back, most re-stripes without anyone coming out.
